Baking<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">1 <\/span> Rinse cauliflowers, soak them in water for 3 hours, drain. Rub 3 tbsp of garlic salt on each of the cauliflowers, set aside.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">2 <\/span> Dried Scallop-Abalone Sauce Cauliflower: rub the 1st cauliflower with avocado oil (3 tbsp each) evenly. Set aside.<\/li>\n<p><strong>3. Green Sauce Cauliflower<\/strong><\/p>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">3.1 <\/span> Boil spinach with medium heat. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">3.2 <\/span> In a mixing bowl, blend the cooked and drained spinach, parsley paste and avocado oil till it becomes a smooth paste-like green sauce.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">3.3 <\/span> Rub the green sauce all over the second cauliflower. <\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">4 <\/span> Golden Cauliflower: Mix all seasonings (paprika, turmeric, maple syrup, avocado oil), then apply it evenly all over the third cauliflower.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">5 <\/span> Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">6 <\/span> Put the three seasoned cauliflowers in a baking pan. Wrap each one separately with foil.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">7 <\/span> 7.\tBake in oven for 30 minutes. Carefully pull out the pan and remove the foil. Turn the pan and bake for another 10 \u2013 15 minutes until the cauliflowers are slightly golden. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>B. Dried scallops- abalone sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">1 <\/span> Heat a saucepan with medium heat. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. <\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">2 <\/span> Add the dried scallops-abalone sauce. Pour in corn starch mixed with water. Stir evenly.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">3 <\/span> Turn off heat. Add shrimp roe. <\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">4 <\/span> Slice the first cauliflower. Pour sauce over cauliflower or serve on the side. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>C. Optional Dipping Sauce (for Green and Golden Cauliflowers)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">1 <\/span> Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice evenly in a mixing bowl, then pour into a serving bowl. <\/li>\n<li><span class=\"number_divider\">2 <\/span> Slice the 2nd and 3rd cauliflowers and serve with the sauce. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;2_5,3_5&#8243;
